Watching Thomas run the majority of the last mile of our three mile walk around Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park was a highlight of our visit. Miracles and modern day medicine are responsible for his little body performing beyond our comprehension. I almost forget our early and arduous medical journey but have kept all of his medical records and notes in case I ever need a reminder to be grateful.
